After some tinkering, apparently, some things won't take. This might be one of those things.
There's a mod on the workshop that's supposed to increase Miasma damage, but it does nothing. I converted the XML to SQL, generated a new MD5 hash for the .modinfo file, and plugged the SQL file name...
How do you create the CivBEMod and associated .modinfo and <Update> .xml files? Is there an easy way to do this? Or are the ones out there now just hacked together?
A mod that would allow you to restart the map at Turn 0 to effectively reroll your starting position would be nice, but that doesn't sound technically feasible.
