I would say it is closer towards warlord but i may be wrong.

somewhere right there things didnt add up for me. maybe i pulled a stupid somewhere along here but i switched to all gold. moved my warrior and got the landmark (10 washingtons) and then i went to rush cossack ... but 10 dollars isnt enough to rush it. so i failed :(

This is an iffy thread because i see both sides. I will say i hated civrev at first but it grew on me after a week or two. The AI sucks horribly .. in order to have a faster paced game you have to have an AI that will attack you just for breathing. So thats understandable .. i guess. I think...

i agree with everything you said but i would add game speed. Say for single player being able to pick epic or marathon and so forth would be great for those players like me that dont want just a three hour game everytime. i would like to play with archers and legions for longer than 10 turns...

ya ive been playing around with it this game im in right now and i can definately see how it could come in handy. it actually changes the whole way i play my game. maybe not managing my workers is why i have so much problems getting passed the king difficulty.

in civrev does anyone actually manage your workers? i usually just leave it on balanced. if you do manage your workers what is the advantages of doing so? ive played civ 3 and 4 and thats stuff i never really messed with. i usually just have my workers on automated.

i dont understand why on multiplayer everyone i face takes the full turn even at the beginning of the game. it takes me five to ten seconds to pic my tech andmove my army around and then i have to wait 30 seconds for the other player.

i've noticed that if you go to player match it wont show anyone playing but if you make a custom game and wait a minute someone will usually join the game. this being on ps3 tho ... not sure how the xbox is doing on multiplayer.

does that for me as well. what i usually do (for ps3) is click R1 so that all five leaders pop up and the cancel it. usually after doing that the game will come back immediately.

it doesnt disconnect from playstation network. ive had the game for three days now and still havent been able to play a multiplayer game. it takes 10 minutes to try to evaluate games and then after that it just disconnects.

agreed. if i could get my money back for this game i definately would do so. maybe i can sell it on ebay.
