For me, it depends. If the torture is just to get information, then forget it. I bet I could simply threaten to 'waterboard' more than few people on this forum and get them to not only admit to any terrorist act I could come up with, but likewise implicate every person who posted on this thread...
These are worthy things to be paying for at an institution of Higher Education. Propping up some group of companies that don't know how to run their own business is not one of those things tuition/fees should be goings towards.
Indeed the reality is that it is hard not to attend a university that doesn't raise it's fees every single year for some reason or another.
*shrug* What if I don't download music ever, and don't ever want to? Or what if I'm already a subscriber to a service? Why should I pay this? It's my job...

And this is what I find odd about the articles on this process. Not a single one of them go into the process after the ignition. This is pretty darned important. It is entirely conceivable that this process could work to excite water molecules to the extent that the bonds holding the hydrogen...
I too, in my not-distant-past, have managed to break through the 'friends' barrier. It can be done (and I was on top of the world by the fact that I accomplished it), but I would not reccommend anybody trying it. The frustration levels can be insurmountable. I'd give any guy about a one in two...
