Since Ive tried a million different things I guess I should just say step by step what I did so I can find out what no brainers I should have done. 1.I download v2.313.1 and extract it with 7-Zip 2.The file I get says Espana_1936_2 3.Without doing anything to the contents of the file I put...- Flavor James
