    Giant Earth Map game poll

That pretty much just means you're against every single Earth map out there. Nothing wrong with a little variety. As for my vote, I'm casting it to Mali, although all choices look viable. Good job not even including European civs. Also, I'm like 95% sure you won't finish the game you start.

    Alexander - Prince Level

And the save you've attached seems to be a lie.

Asoka - 100% Research 90% of the time - No Tech Trades - Immortal

I find these games without starting saves posted kinda meh. That is to say: Post saves when you post a game.

King of the World #19: Qin Shi Huang

Will be following with great interest. I'll forgo all advice since you're more than capable of doing the right calls yourself.

    Emperor Run with Charlemagne

Not good? Grabbing a second capital and one with dual golds at that is never a bad play. Furthermore, he would've been stuck with 3 cities in the immediate capital vicinity and would have been forced to settle across the channel - a bad play in the sense that he wouldn't gain...

The King of the World Throne Room

I might have trolled just a little. I have no idea whether the UK version actually differs from the US version, if at all.

The King of the World Throne Room

The UK Edition replaces Spices with Tea and the tech flavor texts for tech discoveries are read by Ian McKellen instead of Nimoy but other than those and a few other minor things such as a few graphics modifications and what have you it should be the same as far as I know.

The King of the World Throne Room

Neal comeback? Yes please. I might not have posted in any of your games but I've always followed them with great interest. To me this series was always the one with the most entertainment value on this forum - something about Earth map generally appeals to me and the way you tell your story just...

    Emperor Run with Charlemagne

I don't think I would've razed Oporto given how it had 2 foods and was size 5 to begin with but I understand the maintenance cost issue. At any rate, you now have 3 sources of gold which will keep you up to speed. Is Isabella on the same continent - that is to ask have you seen any Spanish...

    Emperor Run with Charlemagne

Rushing is prudent. Joao will choke you to no end if you don't act fast and leave you with very limited land, given how close he is. Place your second city next to the copper and go for axes - if there's an opportune window to take on Joao it's definitely in the early game when he's busy...

    Radio's Game #2 Monarch Napoleon

Fade effect in the screenshot shows the surrounding terrain. You don't get that unless you've just closed worldbuilder.

    Radio's Game #2 Monarch Napoleon

Also the first screenshot shows that you looked in the worldbuilder and then took the screenie. Might want to consider locking modified assets if you can't keep yourself from cheating and looking into the worldbuilder.

    Project SYNTHESIS

I'm unsure whether this has been reported or not, but here goes: I've now played 2 games up to 1505 AD on Marathon and both times they've ended in CTDs on that very turn and do so every time the game is loaded up again. Is this a known issue?

ALF 8 - Pericles of Greece (Immortal)

something about a 0/1/0 tile (that is unimprovable save for watermills) where there should be a 3/1/0 tile instead is to me a screaming injustice.

ALF 8 - Pericles of Greece (Immortal)

Ahh! There's that desert river again! I should stop following this series because those things bug me to no end!
