I tried hitting the backspace button and running it as admin. neither time it worked. the circular buttons are there still(minus the option for a unit to explore) but im missing the move units of the same type and move to city buttons. I've also tried reinstalling the game and the patch

I've been playing Civ 3 complete for a long time, but when I installed it on my windows 7 laptop I ended up with a new error, I've never seen before. The game works fine except for a few buttons are missing. My Units do not have the ability to explore on their own. The Icons above the info...
