Yeah the elephants rock. 22 str unit replacement for the knight. They also do bonus damage against mounted units so cavalry is not a good counter. I usally play as Siam myself thogh.

Nicely done. Just finnished a prince cultural victory to try try it out. Had 700 CPT most of the end game. Need to optimize more next game i think.

I always thought that if i pledge to protect a CS the AI will be more hesistant to go to war against it.

As a player that does't like to go to war this is a pretty nice feature. Some AI i dont like start a war on a CS and all of the sudden that CS has some modern armor in their inventory :P Love it that i can gift units without it putting me at war. Unfortunately the AI like to sue for peace...
