No love for India?? Every city with over 4 citizens gets more happiness from Ghandi's UA. When one hits cities at 15-20-25 the bonus is just overpowered. With India I can normally go two levels up, compared to all others.

I see a lot of reasons to go for a tall empire. Less unhappiness, gain politics faster etc. But I cannot see what is good about a wide empire which isn't with a tall empire. The only two i can see is more points, and it is a lesser setback if I get a city invaded. It is properly just because...

Like the other said you can't get turn yeild from 4th and 5th tile per city, but you can use it for forts and citadels. And with the great wall a city with all tiles available basicly can't be taken. also tiles give points and other civs cant pass through without open borders

thank you :) so why not put improvements everywhere instead of having waiting workers?? and another quistion while were at it. how does the age of the earth and the temperature affect the gameplay?

How much does the tile improwments cost? Is there a difference between types of improvements e.g. farms or mines? Thank you all. Moved to General Discussion.
