I'm seeking help. I checked for this bug as directed and didn't find it. When any of my cities attacks an enemy unit the game freezes and I have to "Ctrl-Alt-Del" to open task mgr. and end the process. All my drivers are up to date. I'm using a 32 bit Dell Inspiron 530 with an ATI HD 4600...
