I noticed submarines lost their attack animation with the update that changed their promotions - any chance of getting it back?

I haven't played the latest city development update, but the previous one had a small display bug - the Oxford national wonder mouseover tooltip says it has 2 engineer specialist slots when it should say scientist.

Another helicopter bug for you: they have a promotion which says "Can't capture cities" but it should actually say "Can't capture workers".
