A couple months back I asked how to change the resolution of the Civ window, and was told about that nifty keepres=1 command for the conquests.ini. I also was told about the NoAIPatrol deal. Good stuff, there, and I'd never have known it was possible without being told since the lines aren't in...
Sure, I'd pay for a new editor, but it ain't happening.
At this point I'd just be happy with a sub bug fix. But if that's all they do, it'd sure as hell better be free.
I'd be in favor of admitting the Canadian provinces, England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland as states. And, while we're at it, the Austrailan states and New Zealand to boot.
You pretty much answered your own question. The reason so many want it banned is precisely because many people have trouble realizing that it's a work of utter unsubstantiated fantasty-- I've talked to many people who think it's plenty plausible, a fact not helped much by the inundation of TV...
Shiro, I posted a pretty lengthy Sioux city list a long-ass time ago (we're talking '03 sometime) and if I remember right someone else updated it soon after that. If I find it I'll post it here.
If my current mod ever gets off the ground I'll be making a new one from scratch, anyhow.
Well, ShiroKibbure just posted an awesome Sioux LH (and RF8XT is working on one-- looking good!), so I humbly request that someone make a Teddy Roosevelt LH. I'm sick of Abe.
Great leaderhead. I dub him Kakham Musa, and he's going in my mod. The medieval one is especially impressive.
Only complaint is, like Plotinus, is that his eyes are a little bright compared to the standard LHs.
I voted for him in that challenge, incidentally.
That's actually a nice template-- I'm looking for whatever font was used here though: http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=68223
It's in the same style as the original Civilization font.
