i would like a working mod for BtS 3.19 that allows nukes to destroy cities AND be pre-targeted to other civ's cities Basically a working MAD nuke mod...

So does this mod work with the new update for BtS? i am trying to atleast find a mod that will let ICBMs destroy cities completely.
