How often do you win your games?

I don´t consider it losing, when I have to start from a very bad position ... so I don´t really know - but I win most of my games. I also have to admid that I do safe and reload from time to time. There were a few games when I even used the worldbuilder (when barbarians are really going on my...

    Concetration Camp

None of the camps you mentioned above ever resulted in a cultural boost. In fact these camps - the Nazi camps especially - resulted in a HUGE culutral loss (in the Nazi´s case for all of Eastern Europe AND Germany). The idea of the CIV-games is to develope your civilization. I don´t see how...

    Mistakes!

For most of the goodies (quests) you need at least 11 cities (in order to build 11 harbours, 11 colloseums, 11 forges, etc.). So six cities isn´t very much (although I think 6 to 7 cities is enough to play a good game).

They do intercept anywhere within their range (also above an enemy city, if it´s near enough). You can place up to 4 fighters on a tile with a fortress in order to have them in better position.

Ha, I do the same with EYERY Civ other than mine.

    Your CIV quirks

I don´t do lumberjacking, all woods remain untouched (unless there is a resource in it that requires me to build a mine for example). I always name my ships, I am superstitious on that - a ship has to have a name. I always name my cities right, for example a city like New York or Hamburg...

MSMD: How to Create a Mod (video demo)

Thanks, Kael, the videos have been very helpfull, great job. I was a bit afraid of making mods with CIV4, but now that I know that it´s basically very simiar to moding in CIV3 and writing JAVA scripts I will be able to figure it out very soon.

    Planting Forest

Exactly. Now what happens is total lumberjacking, with no option to rebuild the forests. I also hate how the AI cuts off each and every tree and I find myself declaring war and destroy as many civs as possible, only to prevent them from spreading all over the place and messing up the map.
