    Gift or Tribute?

Hmmm. The AI often come up with a Deal Proposal along the lines of "give AI luxuries and a bunch of gold" in return for nothing. There is no wording whether they are Asking for a favour (like in Civ5) or they are making a Demand. Can you tell which?

    Tourism (and other) numbers?

Hi. In the Battle Royale twitch broadcast, one of the developers said that Culture is the defense and Tourism is the offense. If you look in victory conditions under Culture you will see how many tourists "suitcases" each Civ has under its name. Eg. in my current game Kongo is in the lead with...

    Military advisor

OK, I see that this problem has already been compiled into the list of crashes, but... This happens a lot for me, but ONLY if I have the list of units ordered by unit type. There are no crashes as long as I order by city. And it only seems to happen when I have a lot of units, like 200+...

    Scripted Governors

Well it opens up the possibility of fan made AI scripting. So fanatic Civ player could compete in making the best AI. If Firaxis cannot make intelligent AI, some hard core gamers probably could :-)

    Scripted Governors

You could save some scripting by making a full list of buildable improvement and allow the player to checkbox what should be built and what not - and have a couple of dropboxes to clarify when and why each should be built. Same effect but probably easier for most. And about Civ becoming a...

    Savengers & Reverse Engineering

This could be easily implemented, but I would see it a little simpler. All this left behind junk, could be cleared up by workers, just like clearing a forest (or clearing pollution as it is), and some Shields would be send to the nearest city.

    Scripted Governors

All my cities usually get the same Improvements, so managing the build queue becomes a big time consuming (point of annoying) part of the game, so I'd like to script my own Governors. For instance: if (! thiscity.hasBuilding(ciGranary)) { thiscity.build(ciGranary); } if...

    Water is important

I really miss being able to increase Sea squares as it could be in CTP. I also miss the prospect of populating the ocean floor with cities, but that may be too much. I mean, they took it away from CTP again.

    Water is important

Yes, something has to be done about the movement rate of non-land units. On a tiny map I can take my destroyer 10 turns to get around the world. On a huge map it would take about 26 turns. I would have the movement proportional to the map size. For instance a destroyer with 9 sq on a...

Keep the game realistic (pollut. riot. etc.)

Pollution is real and with a huge smoking production facility it should be a concern to the Civ player. But I don't like the way it's handled in Civ3. Apart from the annoying polluted patches that can be cleaned up in a jiff - well there's only Global Warming. Global Warming in Civ is a good...

Unemployment!! Riots! Strike! Lockout! Cracks! Outbreak of war!

I think this is quite important thing to implement. Throughout history one of the key elements of winning a war and taking the opposing territory was to take the opponent's capital and create your own government. Most government types in Civ would probably surrender and make policy according to...

    Spearman VS tank

Yes. The Polish Winged Lancers did lost that battle. But they still knocked out a couple of tanks. A few were lucky (or good) enough to charge their lance through the front viewport of the tank killing the driver, making it pretty worthless for some time.

    Type of goverments!

Most republics today are federal republics, so I would like to the possibility of a Federal Government city improvement during a Republic. Something like 1 in 8 cities could build it and it would act like a minor palace. I wonder what the difference between Communism and Socialism would be in...
