Back to no go... Disabling Sonic DLA, worked to an extent! I was able to install all of CivIV. I was able to run once... I cannot run again. I am back to Civ IV crashing before starting up...

Basically the fix is to disable the Sonic DLA... CivIV is working fine for me now! Thanks!
