I get the same problem when all techs have been researched, its impossible to select Future Tech for a second time. Since you have to research something before ending your turn it means I can't finish my game (I'm a few turns away from victory). Please can you fix this bug, thanks.
Couple of things I forgot in my earlier post:
1. Need to be able to cycle through cities (prev/next city buttons as per previous version of Civ).
2. Need to be able to see adjacency bonuses of districts that have been built. For example, I was deciding between the harbour and commercial policy...
Some great suggestions in this thread. Although I'm loving Civ 6 so far, my main gripe is the UI - its clunky and so much information necessary to the game is hidden.

I find this to be a huge problem too, especially for cities with small borders where its impossible to put units within your own borders without angering neighbouring civs. One single unit unit can trigger this response which is just stupid.
