My multiplayer games are most times not over before democracy... But the one who gets the statue has won every of our games.

Hi! I just wonder which technologies you go for in the early parts of a MP game. Do you agree with me when I say that the best tech to go for in the beginning is Democracy? (to get the statue of liberty and then change to funda) thx

Yepp. Mountains with gold are my biggest favourite. Especially if you find a mountain with gold in the beginning. A capital placed on gold means that you will have MUCH science

The game isnt lost if barbs take one city or two.. Why not just take them back? Its most times quite easy to recapture the lost cities.
