After reinstalling the game twice it is finally back to its normal fast speed :D I don't think I changed anything on my computer except download some new programs. Thanks for the reply.

My game was running perfect a couple days ago with no slow downs at even the largest maps, but when I played the game today, it ran extremely slow on even the standard sized maps. I usually run BTS 3.19 with the ROM mod, but it ran slow without any mods as well. I am using windows vista 64-bit...
