I think a combat strength nerf to horsemen is needed ,rather than nay buffs to spearmen,since it makes kind of a soft counter to everything then if buff their cb,much prefer horsemen cb nerf + the changes already existing.also can make some civs like greece way op as they are already quite...

this ,+1 As for op's list greece and japan are way low rest seem fine and we can also find out common denominator in each category so gives us an idea which civ need the most buffs ,nerfs or adjusimtents/tweaks.

if somebody gets a change to ask on livestream please ask them to show all other vanilla civs so we can see the changes

I mean +100% Production for Australia if you are targeted by declaration of war is powerful enough but a declaration of war with 100% production and +2 movement..?? and yeah the ul doesn't feel unique just a mix of cyrus and austrailia,also +100% Production made more sense for chandra and +5...

yup,agreed, it has its benefits in some situations other you can just take advantage of it and not for religious victory route(although i could spend those resources on military or economic buildings ),no argument there..here's the thing regarding ua its High effort vs low reward ability...

Well that's the whole point of the post,its anti-religious victory,to get benefit of follower beliefs you have to INVEST in religion and even then they are mediocre at best compared to other what some other civ ua get and not to mention the hassle to get it,hope you understand the point edit...
