In the vanilla Civ4, I constantly played using Washington due to his financial prowess. Since I am not a hard-core Civver, I was wondering now with warlords, who would you consider the big-moneymaker in Warlords?

Thank you for the welcome. Well, my skill level is decent, I just finished beating the comp on Sid level playing WWII in the Pacific, but I really wanted to beat Mesopotamia as Egypt, as that is my ethnic background. By the way, the Egypt UU is horrible.

Can anyone give me any tips on beating the Mesopotamia level as Egypt on Sid difficulty? I have tried ICS, Optimal City sprawl, but no matter what I do, I can't beat it. Any hints, tips, ideas, strategies, would be appreciated.
