THANK YOU!! I had to first uninstall it, reinstall it, and then run the patches as administrator!

When i try to play online I need to install patch 1.74, I go to the website and install it. i go back to online and say install but then it says exit and install patch. It freezes up here and I go to desktop and it says it needs a 64-bit version of the patch but I don't know how to get it...
