Not a bug? If a meet a leader in and chose "peace is the way" (i then look at "deals we have" (no peace-treaty), then after ´100 turns a whant to declare war, only problem is that i can´t, suddenly we have a peace-treaty!!!! This happens really often to me and it's super anoying. You can't say...
