    Story upgrade to Sentenial upgraded to settler instead

    As the title says, TXT strings are still showing instead of cost but I've seen that reported. When I chose the option on my Scout to heal and upgrade to Sentenial it upgraded to a Settler instead. It promptly got eaten, lol.
