@Adler: Great idea, thanks a lot. I´ve started to do that and the program never stops at the same missing file twice now - but there seems to be many files to change (...the whole units from "normal" Civ3 - right?) . I´ll continue and then report my result. If you´ve seen a patch here...

Hi all, does anybody know: is there maybe a possibility to get a set of all unit files which normally are in an english version of the Civ3 game because the main problem seems to be my german (named) unit files?! Thank you for your help. Helsinki1

@ no idea: Yes, I´ve downloaded also art & tech file but it didn´t help! Do you know how to get an english version of CIV3 and of C3C out of germany? Doesn´t matter where I look, in Germany it´s normal to get/buy just the german version so none here can sell me the english version...
