Fixed It. The Documents folder was on read only. Silly me for not thinking of that.

As the title says my friend is missing the Civilization folder in Documents/MyGames. Me and a friend of mine wanted to play the game with the YnAMP Mod. I got the game through Steam and he got it through Epic and accidentally installed it in the folder of another Epic game, but I don't think...
