Other civs are more or less City States, or a copy of already in Civs.

Moctezuma seems an interesting choice a first: he can capture workers thanks to his eagle warriors and can hurry production with his workers. A nice combo.
Meanwhile, after many games and long hours as Moctezuma, I never capture a worker after a victory.
Is there a bug ? Do you meet...
That's true and I agree.
It took me a few hours to understand the game...and another few tests to understand that there's nothing interesting in that game. The AI is more than bad. Can we simply call this an AI ?
More than the AI stupidity, can we call Civ a strategy game ? I think no. It looks...

I'm old enough to have played all the Civ. The third was the first real major update. The fourth is still the best: the AI is dangerous, there's a real feeling of urgency, you're under pressure, etc. And most of all: you can mod it very easily.
What about Civ VI ? The worker system is...
Castrum is really powerful on early stages of the game. By the era of gunpowder, it becomes obsolete.
Banya and Hamman don't go obsolete. This is among the bonus of these UB.
Banya doesn't require an aqueduct: that's true.
So, it's as intended. :)
