I have some college though I've been playing civilization since high school. I don't know how many tests i did terrible on because I was playing CivIII.

I still like this game, i Just wish I could turn off Research Agreements, it makes the game too fast paced

I'd like to see Sid do it, even tho he's been busy, but then again who really is going to care about a facebook App ;)

I wish there was more information on Why he quit.

So I just started a new game and set a archipelago map which I saw the AI colonize every single island, even the totally useless 1tile islands with no fish. I have only seven cities and I can barely keep the happiness at around +4 while one AI has about twelve or so cities.

I would love a mod to turn of RAs, I've played a game with Alexander making research agreements left and right and being two ages ahead of everyone

I'm also annoyed by all these cities, in my current game on a large map, theres 2 continents and Siam owns over 2/3rds of the continent I'm on and has well over 20 cities and counting.

After spending hours watching Civ V crash, I'm gonna stick with Civ IV

For me its the Aztecs, not for any particular reason, just that I had the most memorable games while playing the Aztecs

The "new" Civ V world builder looks alot like the old Civ III world builder

11 hours :( the last hour is me trying to load a game and/or start a new game

Same problem, I did watch the whole intro movie on my second and third attempt to load my game save and still it crashes.

Game works for me thus far, no crashes yet. The bugs are mildly annoying but for just coming out its to be expected. I plan on losing a great chunk of my life to Civ V

I used to play Normal when I started playing Civ4 but after games that were too quick I moved up to Marathon and have been using that speed since. Had some great games at Marathon speed, usually takes a month or two to finish.
