When i try to find the file location it says "windows can't find the target." Did i do something wrong when installing?

mine is in libraries, documents, my games, beyond te sword. I think my security options are messing it up or something

I've tried to get the mod but when i download it in bts is just loads and goes back to the regular title screen, with the option to "unload mod". i was told to run it as an administrator but i needed a to go to a firaxis folder in program files which for some reason i didn't have. I've tried...

For some reason i don't have a firaxis folder in program files X86. Does anyone know why?
