Cities can no longer receive yields from more than one regional building per type

I think that it would be awesome if they would make Japan's Unique Building be the only factory able to stack production it could add an incredible amount of uniqueness and strategy to its industrial district clustering game :)

Choose 12 wonders you most want to see included in the DLCs and the first expansion of Civ6

There are many, many wonders missing on that list, but alright: The "I cannot believe these are not included in the vainilla game, their inclussion is self-explanatory" tier: - Macchu Picchu - Taj Majal - Angkor Wat - Statue of liberty - Borobudur The "truthly underrated" tier: - Churches of...

Vote for your 3 civs you would most like to see (Part V : Eastern Asia) ?

Ok, so the most interesting poll has arrived :) these are my picks! Indonesia: Seriously underrated civ, Indonesia has been a major political player in S-E Asia for centuries, has an utterly cool story (complete with Game of Throne-esque prophecies!) and it has an incredibly unique culture that...

Cities can no longer receive yields from more than one regional building per type

Aye! You guys are getting the idea. For example: - Regular power plant: +2 production, +1 production per adjacent coal, oil resources. This bonus to production is applied to nearby factories on a 6 hex radious - Solar power plant: Desert tiles generates +2 production on a 3 hex radious -...

Cities can no longer receive yields from more than one regional building per type

I think that this is, overall a good solution. While I do think that industrial clustering make sense, the overlapping bonuses presented a series of problems: - It made industrial district location meaningless - It made terrain irrelevant - It gave way to a very gamey "industrial ICS" strategy...

    New patch 20 December

The game is moving into a good direction, but by God, it is moving slowly. Some thoughts: Coastal Raids can now pillage districts in addition to the buildings within You will need far more than that in order to make navies relevant. Cities can no longer receive yields from more than one...

Are negative opinions of Civ6 allowed here?

Allowed? It always looked to me that negative opinions always had more sway in these boards, us being civ fanatics and thus "guardians of the true civ", but opinions, man. Civ 6's release has many, many flaws and you can tell that it was a rushed product, but Civilization 5 was on a far, far...

    60 Day Patch

Good news, I really do hope that it is a big patch, since there are many things that need not only fixing per se (such as the AI or unit cluttering) but rather need to be balanced and adjusted: District and wonders production costs, tech / civics costs, underpowered civs, strategic resources...

Vote for your 3 civs you would most like to see (Part III : Western Asia) ?

My picks! Babylon: One of the most important civilizations of the middle east region, if not the entire world, they had a massive influence at shaping the ancient world and the concept of civilization as of itself. Ottomans: Along with Persia, the Ottomans occuppy the "why the hell weren't...

What would your DLC Civ pack look like.

First, if I would design an expansion, I would not only add content, but new mechanics that reshapes the game entirely. Such a expansion would look like this: Additional new mechanics: - More tall gameplay options. Higher adjacency bonuses, more buildings for each district, perhaps an entire...

Vote for your 3 civs you would most like to see (Part II : Eastern Europe) ?

Great to see! Ok, here are my choices: Armenia: A very different concept of what is an European civilization, and a good way to pay homage to that little nation Byzantium: One of the most powerful empires on Earth, its inclussion is kinda self explanatory Thracians: A more ancient era flavoured...

Stumbling onto cultural victory (and how to solve it)

One of the most common complaints that I have seen about the game (outside of the AI and the district balance) is the fact that for many players, cultural victory has turn into a default victory. Apparently, it is quite common to win it without giving it too much of a thought nor requiring any...

Vote for your 3 civs you would most like to see (Part I : Western Europe) ?

Netherlands: Awesome potential gameplay revolving around terraforming (Polders), religious tolerance, and long distance trading. Portugal: The little nation that could. Also, it would be great to have an exploration focused civ. Switzerland: If they want to make a "experimental civ" a la...

Design your own Civ VI civ

Well, I was also considering an alternative to the tired and true Mayan ceremony complex: Unique Improvement: Cenote water temple. Must be built in jungle, can't be built next to each other. Cenote temples doesn't remove the jungle below. +1 housing, +2 faith. +2 housing if next to a lake. +2...
