Hi there. In my current game I've founded RoK and Order and then promptly forgotten in which cities they were founded. Is there anywhere I can find information on Holy Cities in the game UI? Thanks

I thought that the Archmage upgrade button would appear on my mages once they reached level 6 but I can't see it. I have two level six mages and one level eight - what do I need to do to upgrade them to Archmages? Thanks.
