    I'd have to agree with shyuhe. Rushing is not, I repeat not the best thing to do, and more so in BtS. Imagine the city maintenance costs on those extra cities! And what about playing on bigger maps? Personally, I think that rushing is rather game-breaking, and like to play without it...
