I did a lot of reasearch and analysis but mainly focused on how modifiers work and how they influence agendas, traits, etc. So fields like InitialValue, ReductionTurns, ReductionValue, IncrementValue, IncrementTurns, MaxValue. Plus the underlying modifiers that compare civs with other civs, so...

"Previously" meaning when? The mod has been last updated a year ago, and the game is basically not chaning. So it is most likely that you have some other conflicting mods.

@Taurus Thank you. Looks like an issue with instances. Unfortunately, this sorting code is not mine, it's been there when I took over the very initial version of the mod.

Table GameSpeed_Turns is used to convert turn number into a date. Yoo can modify it to get any dates you like.

@MorphineCol BBG makes a lot changes to Civs abilities, uniques, etc. So, technically RST will be compatible, but RST is designed to play with vanilla Civs not changed-civs.

Try Teddy Roosevelt, TRAIT_ANTIQUES_AND_PARKS_CULTURE_FORESTS_OR_WONDERS. It uses requirement PLOT_ADJACENT_TO_WONDER.
