I think I’ll try Tamar first with barb clans on. Go hunting after some barbs so I can get a quick pantheon and also maybe use the faith to buy my prophet quicker? Or use it for my monumentality golden age ?

I mostly agree. I think the devs gave themselves a deadline that was maybe a bit too tight so the polish suffered. I still enjoyed the content though. It was a welcome thing these last 12 months. It’s good to have (small) things to look forward to

It’s possible they’ll continue for a bit longer but I doubt we’ll get a full years pass again But maybe a few mini dlc’s We’re still not past the pandemic and the challenges of working on collaboration projects is still there. A new game would mean new graphics design, mechanics, music score...

Their main purpose off course is to create fun content. In that regard, grinding through a weak start is usually not very entertaining so often they roll different starts until they find a good one and use that one to publish the content with. They’ll also try to get as quickly through a game...
