every mod/scenario is a copy of the folder/filestructure of the game. put the biq in the scenarion folder. then there should be a main folder in the scenario folder. then you can mimic the folder structure of the original game. so its basically scenarios\aoi.biq scenarios\aoi\text\...

There's no practical limit. I have four eras so crowded that each tech box has three tech boxes above or beyond it + a significant number of hidden no-era techs, and I have not reached a limit. The worry are buildings (256), cities on map (512), strategic/luxury resources (resource bug >32)...

There's no limit in C3C.
