I am really confused about how your ranking is tallied at the end of the game. No matter how well I think I finish a game, I'm rarely ranked a notch or two above Dan Quayle when it's all said & done. I can have the highest time rating, biggest population, land area, GNP, etc., but still rank...

I'm not an expert on this, so I'd like to know what others think. If I had to pick, though, I'd go with with The Parthenon. Anyone found something they try to build every game? How about stuff you never bother with?
