    Okay, but the screensaver has not been loaded. But i have solved the problem, by running Civ in win98 mode.

    When starting Civ the monitor goes black and states out of range. I can still hear the sound from the game. My platform is Windows XP and a Geforce 32 mb ram MMX400 videocard. Please help...
