This is what I've been wondering. Seems like there has never been any consideration for running just CP and EUI -- the two most important civ 5 mods -- together. edit: The old fix of deleting the LUA folder will allow the basic interface to function but various things still don't work properly...

Is there a way to make EUI work with just CP + CBO? Because an important chunk of the interface is missing with just those three, and the negotiation/trade screen breaks if I get rid of CBO's LUA folder.
