I do not know if its ok to discuss cheats here. I was wondering of there is a way to edit your opponent's civcs. I know that its possible to edit the city, land, and units using the cheat ctrl+w in the cheat mode. also is there a way to edit their state religion for example: from Buddhism to Taoism?
