That makes alot more sense,and the camera thing its just more of a micro-stutter I might just try turning down some graphics or something lol.Thank you all for the help though!

That's okay lol.I have the game on high settings at 1080,and my proccessor is a 6 core which I overclocked to 4.3 ghz I believe.I think my GTX is 2GB,and the stutter just seems to happen when I just do anything besides nothing,as in if Im not hitting any buttons or doing anything at all the game...
