How do you load the WWII scenarios? I downloaded them, unRARed them, but clicking on them launches Civ4 but I don't see the scenarios.

Work boats are required to build whalers, but my work boats don't give me that option. I have all kinds of whales bouncing around out there and I want to harvest them, but I can't build the whaling boat with my work boats. Am I missing something?

I've run out of land on my current continent. Is there a ship I can build that will transport a settler to cross the ocean with? I've built a destroyer and some smaller ships, but the settler won't go on the ships I've built.
