I have been looking for mod that would have better nukes. Normal nukes are fine but they lack effect. Broken star mod had better cos they weren´t easy to get but had some real firepower. Could someone tell if they know such mod

I have a problem with war. when I raze a city it always forms resistance units and it realy annoys me. Should this happen and can i turn it off.

I have a problem with economy. I like to go to early war but after it I have too manny cities to pay. I lose about 10-20 gold in a turn and science is 50% or below. Any advice how to fix that
