How do I access the FFH2 options menu? I have edited my CIV4GameOptionInfos.xml file so that the <bVisible> tag is set to 1 for each option but I don't know how to turn the options on or off.

I've been reading the threads but can't find any answers for this: When the blight strikes how can I remove it? If I go in with workers and build cottages where the farms are and then build farms over those cottages I can remove it but that is all that I've found that works so far. Is there...
