It is weird... I guess it is the Steam version. Did you tried to re-validate all files? (right-click on game in the library, properties, local files, verify integrity of game file)

Exactly! It is why it is important to keep things like this alive as devs do read the forum. It is not a big thing to add and working on this feature (team allowed in single custom games) is not really a big deal as the mechanics exists already in mp: it is even a simplification of the mechanics...
