For the resizing, I'd advise you to resize them in something like paint. If you use photobucket, you can do this: I've found that the 15" is best for appeasing audiences, as people's screen size varies, but 17" is better for good graphics, which doesn't matter as much as the picture...

My stories are for the TotalWar game series, but I've got a bit bored of that and I'm gonna wait until I've got a bit better at this game until I write one for Civ, which I probably will.
