That would be a beautiful feature to place CIVs where they live or originated. A world map without this feature is not of much value.

I once fought another civ cruelly, brutally and viciously over many years before wiping them out at great cost to myself. Yet after that, my Military Advisor kept referring to them as our friends. How do you make enemies of them?

I take complete control of all aspects the game, no user does a thing by himself. I also fire all Governors.

One should look at subdividing a country. The Americans have states with Governors or counties with Sheriffs, The English have boroughs with Mayors, the Zulus have kingdoms with chiefs, The French have provinces with Premiers, etc. There could be a rule that this State, Province, etc. should...

Killing of enemy spies is a sure way to cheese them off. As a newby, however, I normally discover them by trail & error.
