nothing so far has worked...anyone else know what might be up?

sounds like as good an explanation as any. however both computers can connect to other people over the internet, just not to each other. how would i fix this problem, if it is the case?

about the firewall....i went to my network places>properties on my wireless network and it says that my firewalls are disabled on both computers. i turned off all virus software on both computers to see if that was blocking them. still didnt work. when one of the computers hosts a game...
