Well I played this one twice. First time I played ICS/warmonger and got capped at about 9 or 10 cities I just could not get enough happniess. So then It was an all out puppet fest. I had riflemen they had pikemen. Around turn 200 I had 15 cities and the largest AI was 4. Stoped playing casue it...
