I did some testing and can confirm that this is caused by both the YnAMP - More CS for Europe and YnAMP - More CS for the World mini-mods.
If you disable both of those but leave everything else it should work just fine.
So for some reason Jadwiga is talking to me half in English, half in Spanish. I saved the game, didn't play for 6 days, and picked it up again to play today.
Last week she wasn't doing this, but she is now. I have not updated my files between now and then. I'm using Alpha .16 off of this...
That would be a bit of a loss for most civs except for Norway, as they wouldn't be able to enter tribal villages early on (when they still exist in clustered areas, like Europe).
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Memphis,_Egypt
Sidebar on wiki: Founded "Earlier than 31st century BCE" aka Memphis, Egypt predates every American Memphis by at least 5,000 years.
Memphis, Tennessee (which I assume you're thinking of) was founded in the 19th century CE.
In Alpha 0.9 why is Florida a part of the continent "Europe"?
It stretches from Florida and includes what looks like most of the colonial region. Shouldn't it all just be part of the continent "America"?
I would hazard a guess and say that plate value might be the number of continents the game spawns per map. I have no way to test this right now though.
Edit:
I don't mean landmasses, I mean the actual continent mechanic introduced in Civ 6.
Do you plan on adding in real continent, subcontinent, and microcontinent names aka Europe is called Europe, Asia is called Asia, India is called India, Arabia is called Arabia, Madagascar is called Madagascar etc?
