I just got the Civ3 game the other day, installed it, but when I go to run it, a message pops up that tells me that I do not have the required binkw32.DLL file. So I copied the binkw32.DLL file from the disk to my harddrive and the same message pops up. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

For some reason, I am unable to uninstall the Civ3 program. The install wizard says that the program has been uninstalled, but then I am unable to reinstall the program. I am stuck in some kind of limbo. I would appreciate any suggestions. Thank you, Kernzo
