Mod v5 for 1.2.2 seems to have a problem during Modern Age. Mod works fine for first 2 ages, but in Modern Age the pause menu changes. "Retire" is still near the top, and "Exit to Deskop/Main Menu" are missing. I have to "End task" from desktop to close the program. I'm using CivFanatics...
